Buddies are hosting a relaxed, informative evening all about menopause on 6th March, 6.30pm -9.30pm.  Everyone is welcome (and partners too, if they’d like to come along).

We’ll be joined by a qualified GP, plus nutrition and personal training experts, who’ll cover the stuff people actually want to know, including:

• common symptoms (and what’s normal)
  
• medications and treatment options
• diet and nutrition
• exercise and movement
• pelvic floor
• practical tips for feeling more like yourself again

It’ll be a friendly session, with plenty of time for questions. If there’s something specific you’d like covered, you can email us in advance and we’ll do our best to include it. buddies@bishopwood.herts.sch.uk

There’ll be a bar and some snacks, and you’re very welcome to stay afterwards to chat and socialise.

Whether you’re in the thick of it, just starting to notice changes, supporting someone else, or simply curious – come along. You’ll definitely learn something, and hopefully have a nice evening too.

Tickets are £20 per person or £30 for a couple.
